6. Payment Terms
The Company’s payment terms are:
6.1. Commercial Customers
Thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.
6.2. Residential Customers
Full payment due upon completion of work unless prior written consent has been obtained and approved by the Company. The full purchase price of the Product and any additional charges will become immediately due and payable if the Customer takes or has taken against it any action or proceeding, whether voluntary or compulsory, which could result in the winding up of the Customer.

Standard Call Out Rates (Excluding GST)Tradesperson - $150 for one tradesperson for the first hour Additional Tradesperson - $100 per hour/per additional tradespersonSubsequent hours and additional tradespeople will be charged in 30 minute increments after the first hour. Minimum chargeable for a tradesperson is 1 hour.After Hours Call Out Rate* - $190 per hourMinimum chargeable for a tradesperson is 2 hours.Late Fees (Excluding GST)Overdue Invoice Charge** - $50
*Normal Business hours are defined from 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.**Overdue Invoices will incur a $50 administration fee added to their outstanding balance, and may incur a 5% compounded rate (see Condition 14).Charges may vary under special circumstances when agreed upon by both Stanalec and the Customer.
